Peak Season Processing Time September - February: 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS (due to higher volume of orders during these seasons)

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

- Custom Lay’dE Unit deposits and Units are non-refundable

- If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your, please contact us here. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

- Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. Please do not unravel, wet, or install hair. Once an order is placed and processed, we can not cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Double check your order in cart before making your purchase.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packs. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packs. Your order will not be replaced.

All Packages come with a Tracking number.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office HERE.
